• 50% Deposit required for all packages or group bookings, payment to be made no later than 5 days prior to the booking date.

• Ensure cellular/mobile phones are switched off.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Recent surgery muscle or joint injury.

  • Pregnancy, Epilepsy or Diabetes.

• Vouchers: Available for all treatments offered, valid for three months from the date of purchase, in the event that a recipient would not enjoy the treatment specified the voucher could be used for other treatments of the same value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 48 Hours advance notice required for cancellations and re-scheduling, if not adhered to, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
